Utilize Technology to Improve Results : Leverage platforms like Samsara to monitor driver performance, identify trends, and drive actionable improvements. Ensure Operational Transparency : Maintain detailed documentation, oversee compliance audits, and manage driver transactions with clarity and integrity. Deep understanding of DOT regulations and industry compliance Proven leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure A proactive approach and a passion for safety, service, and operational performance
