About the Team

The Slackforce team is seeking Senior and Staff Frontend Engineers to lead development of high-impact, cross-platform experiences between Slack and Salesforce. We build the integration that brings Salesforce data and workflows directly into Slack. Our work is central to how enterprises collaborate : creating the connective tissue that makes two of the world's most widely used platforms feel like one seamless system.

What you will be doing

• Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, Backend, and Frontend Engineers to conceptualize and build new features for our large (and growing) user base
• Produce high-quality results by contributing heavily to team projects with significant business impact
• Own team features or systems and define their long-term health, while improving the health of surrounding systems
• Assist our skilled support and operations teams in triaging and resolving production issues
• Mentor other engineers and conduct deep code reviews
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Compensation and Benefits

In the United States, compensation is determined by factors such as location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience. Some roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. For California-based roles, the base salary range is $172,000 to $334,600.
