Job Summary :

As an Industrial Maintenance professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities that enable our manufacturing operations to run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in facility and manufacturing maintenance will be instrumental in ensuring the continued productivity and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery including Sheers, Press Brakes, Laser & Plasma Tables, Iron Workers, Forklifts, Hoists, Scissor Lifts, Tractors, Air Compressors, Cold Saw and Bandsaws.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues to proactively address maintenance needs
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications :

Working Conditions :

This position will be based in a manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with the potential for occasional overtime or weekend work as needed. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Compensation and Benefits :
