Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth for key strategic accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing strategic accounts
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in account management or business development
Strong network of relationships within the North American produce industry
Experience with working capital or structured financing solutions is a plus
Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
