We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role requires extensive experience in insurance / reinsurance litigation and a deep understanding of insurance law. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of complex insurance litigation cases, including property, casualty, and professional liability cases. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of skilled attorneys, engage with high-profile clients, and make a real impact in the industry.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of complex insurance litigation cases from inception through to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive and effective deposition and discovery.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with other attorneys and clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients on various insurance matters.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in insurance litigation.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
