Talent Acquisition Recruiter San Antonio, TX 78221 Start Date : 11 / 3 / 2025 Duration : 3-4 months (Contract) Work Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in San Antonio. In this role, you will manage the full cycle of recruitment, collaborating closely with hiring managers to not only attract top talent but also to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex processes will be vital as you support our diverse hiring needs. Responsibilities : Sources, screens, and perform preliminary interviews on potential candidates. Coordinates site interviews with appropriate hiring manager to select qualified candidates for project specific requirements and make contingent employment offers based on federal / state law. Manages assigned employment requisitions to include but not limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisition. Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using computer software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software databases. Builds and updates job descriptions based on project and scope of work Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees prior to anticipated end date) Conducts operational and administrative portions of the hire process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements) Other duties as assigned Requirements : Technical skill with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to quickly learn Tracking Management System. Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills High level of customer service. Knowledge of employment laws / compliance. Attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related sourcing / recruiting administrative experience. Preferred experience within administration, customer service, human resources, industrial construction, or nuclear industries. Associate or bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. PHR or SHRM-CP Physical Demands : This position requires the ability to engage in various physical activities including extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work Environment : Primarily based in a general office setting with occasional visits to industrial locations.
