Your Role
As O Positiv continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own two of our highest-performing channels email and SMS with the key objective of driving customer growth and retention. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our lifecycle marketing engines to become highly efficient, data-driven, and best-in-class. You will lead strategy and execution across the entire customer journey from segmentation and messaging strategy to A / B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with an exceptional track record in email and SMS marketing, a bias for action, and a keen awareness of customer behavior. You should be confident in using data to shape strategy, designing thoughtful experiments, and continuously optimizing for impact. You have a strong sense of ownership and are excited to set, meet, and exceed aggressive goals around our KPIs.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Retention and will mentor marketing specialists to deliver against our organization's goals. As the leader of customer lifecycle, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders in e-commerce, creative, product, and brand, to deliver impact.

5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing in a direct-to-consumer company with a strong digital presence.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $120,000-$150,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
