The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated success in fundraising, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective strategies. Experience in grant writing, securing major gifts, and maintaining donor relationships is essential. Above all, you should have a deep commitment to our mission and the ability to articulate the meaningful impact of our work. A Bachelor's degree is necessary, while a Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
