Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls providing support to agents, policy owners, and third parties while adhering to company policies and service standards
Maintain knowledge of company products and procedures, assisting with inquiries related to policy features, loans, billing, and regulations
Participate in team discussions, provide feedback for improvement, and contribute to achieving performance goals and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Ability to navigate multiple information systems effectively
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to frequent changes
