Front Desk Receptionist

Summary / Objective

The Receptionist is the "face" of the company and sets a welcoming tone for callers and visitors. The Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and general office support through various related clerical activities.

Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

• Answering incoming calls in a courteous, professional manner; screening and directing phone calls
• Greeting, announcing, and directing visitors appropriately
• Accepting deliveries / Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling building access (monitoring logbook)
• Booking and managing conference room calendars
• Additional administrative duties can include ordering supplies, mailings, data entry, and other necessary assignments.
