How your role fits into Boldt :

The Estimating & Preconstruction Manager will work to support the enterprise including operating groups, project management, estimating and support staff. This position will provide preconstruction and estimating leadership based on Lean principles that support a collaborative and integrated project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing, planning, prioritizing, and evaluating estimates, along with being engaged in the Target Value Design process. This position will be responsible for coordinating

and oversight of internal and external estimating resources. Currently, the projects that this position will support are within the healthcare industry. Experience working with OSHPD or HCAI are a must.

Physical requirements and working conditions :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.

The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,230-$187,037 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work at our Whittier, CA office. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
