The role you'll contribute : Manages telecommunication operations.

The value you'll bring to the team :

• Develops and maintains 24-hour staffing patterns to ensure continuous telecommunication operations.
• Oversees equipment repairs and manages all staff operations to maintain system functionality.
• Handles service requests and manages telecommunications equipment to meet organizational needs.
• Manages the annual budget and monitors financial operations to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
• Oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll to ensure efficient staffing and operations.
• Manages quality assurance and improvement initiatives for the department.
• Communicates system changes and upgrades within the department and across the organization.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provides training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.
• Collaborates with other departments to address communication needs and improve services.
• Monitors system performance and implements improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
