Compensation Range : $30-$42 / hr (60,000-$85,000 / year)

Were seeking a Jr Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team where precision meets growth! In this role, youll dive into data, support financial reporting, and help drive smarter business decisions. From validating transactions to preparing margin analyses, youll play a key part in keeping our numbers accurate and our performance on track.

What Youll Be Doing

• Track & Reconcile : Manage frameworks for Amazon bill backs, validate collections, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Analyze Margins : Monitor profitability across SKUs, brands, and channels; identify margin drivers, risks, and pricing opportunities
• Model & Forecast : Build financial models to project gross profit, simulate pricing scenarios, and support business decisions
• Collaborate & Communicate : Partner with Accounting, Brand, Operations, and FP&A teams to align on insights and corrective actions
• Report & Improve : Design dashboards, support month-end close, and document financial processes to maintain system accuracy and audit readiness

Weve listed a broad salary range of $30-$42 / hr (60,000-$85,000 / year) to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
