Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field. Ten years\' multi-discipline HR experience and 5 years supervisory experience. (Sr Manager, 15 years multi-discipline HR experience, 8 years supervisory experience.) Experience with managing Human Resources' organizations across multiple sites and developing a multi-site HR program. SHRM-CP or CHRM-SCP preferred. Experience with filling EEOC records and writing procedure and policies related to Human Resources.
