ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the development of engineering proposals, craft comprehensive project plans, and manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work in locations such as Chattanooga, TN; Birmingham, AL; or Kennesaw, GA (suburb of Atlanta).

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Collaboration : Lead technical staff in proposal development, manage subcontractors, and communicate organizational goals.
• Project Management Excellence : Develop project plans, risk management strategies, and manage schedules using tools like earned value management.
• Client Relations & Business Development : Maintain strong client relationships, negotiate project scopes, and support marketing efforts.
• Financial & Reporting Oversight : Manage project financials, report on project status, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
