WHAT THIS LEAD GARDENING ROLE ENTAILS

We're looking for a Head Gardener who can work a full-time schedule while leading a crew of 1-2 gardeners in daily tasks that include weeding, pruning, planting, deadheading, and watering. Our ideal candidate can organize plant materials, design seasonal pots, and contribute to garden layouts. This position is also responsible for managing job schedules and coordinating with clients, crew, and management.
