job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide system-level administration and cybersecurity support for HAKC’s environment, focusing on monitoring, threat mitigation, and staff enablement. This role complements the Infrastructure Engineer by strengthening HAKC’s security posture and delivering practical, hands-on training to agency staff. Monitor and respond to network / system security alerts and incidents. Review and improve firewall, MFA, and endpoint protection configurations. Apply security best practices for Azure, Meraki, and VMware platforms. Conduct basic vulnerability checks and coordinate remediation steps. Implement and document patch management and password-policy routines. Deliver short training sessions and quick-reference guides for HAKC IT staff. Prepare or update SOPs / technical documentation to support knowledge transfer. Assist in compliance tracking and audit-readiness activities. Participate in change reviews and provide risk inputs during upgrades. 7 to 10 Years of experience required. Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
