Job Summary :
We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Office Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees and performing general administrative activities.
Responsibilities :
- Distribute faxes and forms
- Receive payments and mail in the PO box
- Post ads to Facebook and Craigslist
- Correspond with prospective buyers
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.Requirements
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a typist or clerk Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
