Job Description
Assist in managing all phases of commercial interior construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth communication and alignment. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Resolve any project-related issues promptly to minimize delays and costs. Contribute to cost control efforts by tracking expenses and identifying savings opportunities. Participate in project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation handover.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have : educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of commercial interiors and construction processes. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
