Epic Site Specialist

Under general supervision, independently provides an intermediate level of operational and application build expertise in completing routine and occasionally more complex assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. The focus is typically on medium to large projects, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

EDCUATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

EpicCare Ambulatory Certification preferred within 12 months of hire. Previous experience with Cadence, Ochin Wisdom, Dentrix, Grand Central and Behavioral Health is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

Requires 2-4 years of relevant healthcare setting experience. Experience working with healthcare information management systems and / or clinical operations experience and project management experience is preferred. Experienced with multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written skills. Demonstrates initiative and pro-activeness in work.
