Salary : Pay for this position is determined by the Operations Salary Schedule based on experience. Starting wage is $19.99-$23.83 an hour.

Purpose of the Job :
The Grounds Coordinator oversees the maintenance, safety, and overall appearance of district grounds, athletic fields, and outdoor facilities. This position supervises the Grounds Maintenance Workers and ensures the timely and effective completion of landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, and other outdoor maintenance projects. The Coordinator also manages equipment, schedules workflow, and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience : Four (4) to six (6) years of job-related experience, including some supervisory experience
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid Colorado Driver's License
Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment physical screening
