Remote Call Center Nurse RN

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse RN, HouseCalls Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Perform telephonic outreach to members for follow-up on specific referral-related issues

Assist members in scheduling appointments with Primary Care Providers and refer them to internal departments as needed

Provide patient education on disease processes and ensure compliance with documentation and HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Compact RN license in the state of residence

3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting

Proficiency in electronic clinical records and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to perform effectively in a production-driven environment
