A company is looking for a Dealer Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for dealers, managing daily operational functions via phone and email
Research and resolve declined contracts, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards
Monitor dealer activities for fraudulent practices and assist with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma / GED or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role or general business experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
Experience in a team environment with demonstrated independent judgment skills
