Conduct insurance verification and provide coverage details to customers

Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with insurance standards for equipment usage

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

One year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service

Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
