Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to C-suite and other senior executives. The scope of this job includes calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, prioritizing correspondence appropriately, and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings and prepare meeting materials, including obtaining information from various sources, compiling an agenda, assembling meeting documentation, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items after the meeting.
- Develop cross-functional professional relationships with business leaders to ensure the appropriate handling of situations related to office operations, procedures, and high-level meetings and client commitments.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs for executives' use, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Act as central point of contact between executives and internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Provide assistance with scheduling appointments, composing emails, creating spreadsheets, developing presentations from templates, and assisting with saving and retrieving file information, as needed.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 4-6 years' relevant work experienceProficiency with Microsoft technologies including Outlook and Office SuitePreferred Qualifications :
