Clear growth path : First-year OTE of $85k–$95k with uncapped commissions, and $125k–$150k+ achievable by year two. What You’ll Do :
- Lead the full sales process – from discovery to close – using an education-first, solutions-based approach.
- Engage directly with industry leaders through 45–60 minute discovery calls and tailored proposals that showcase our value.
- Represent us at 4–8 national conferences each year, generating new leads, networking with partners, and helping position us as thought leaders.
- Build lasting client partnerships by delivering white-glove service and demonstrating ROI.
- Leverage technology (HubSpot, Google Workspace, AI tools) to stay organized, efficient, and impactful.
