job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage a portfolio of surety bond accounts—handling submissions, renewals, changes, and compliance Analyze client history and financials to assess risk and determine appropriate bond solutions Communicate underwriting requirements and decisions clearly to clients and producers Coordinate claims communication and monitor claim progress Build and strengthen relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters Identify opportunities to cross-sell commercial lines 2+ years of experience in surety bonds or bond-related underwriting / service Active Texas General Lines P&C license required AFSB designation preferred or in progress Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Applied Epic preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy Experience working with construction or real estate clients a plus
