We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a consistent talent pipeline that meets our clients' hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for temporary to permanent positions, possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support a team of recruiters with weekly recruitment plans and priorities.
Review the recruitment funnel weekly to drive continuous improvement.
Source, recruit, and interview a high volume of candidates for permanent placements.
Manage full-cycle recruitment across industries based on client needs.
Build strong client partnerships and understand their business and hiring goals.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned with client forecasts.
Execute recruiting strategies to meet quality and volume targets.
Screen candidates against client-specific job profiles.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Conduct client visits to strengthen consultative relationships.
Match candidates' strengths with client needs to ensure successful placements.
Propose creative hiring solutions to meet client challenges.
Engage regularly with employees to ensure a positive experience.
Report performance metrics and improvement opportunities to leadership.
Qualifications :
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a client-facing or agency role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and employment laws.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient with ATS and recruiting tools.
