About Us
Boulder Neuropsychological Services is a growing practice that is serious about supporting the mental well-being of all individuals in our community, with an emphasis on those who need our help the most. That means we're focused on people using government assistance, state-funded health insurance programs, and those who need ongoing mental health care. We work with individuals of all ages. Administrative staff who understand the importance of building good relationships will fit right into our office culture.
We believe being compassionate means being honest and straight with people, and that's how we run things; it's been working well for us so far. We're small but growing, and we've got big plans to help even more people and keep building our name here in Boulder County. As our Client Care Administrator, you'll be key in making sure our prescribers, neuropsychological evaluators, and therapists can really focus on giving our new and existing clients the care they deserve. Your efficiency and caring approach will be a huge part of our team.
About You
We’re looking for someone self-sufficient who can and will ask questions and who can make informed decisions when necessary. We want candidates who truly love the work we do and can generate positive regard and care for our clients. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience and / or education in the mental health field to be able to determine if a client can benefit from additional services we offer outside of their stated need. We expect you to be able to effectively evaluate if a client’s stated need can be met in our practice, and if not, to be able to refer out.
