Engage in Field Operations : Travel, participate in site walkdowns, oversee field installations, and support system start-ups. Inspire Teams : Lead by example, motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals with a positive, results-driven attitude. Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil and / or Structural Engineering from an accredited university Minimum 3 years of experience with design of civil structural systems Experience in one of the following industries highly preferred : engineering / design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, and government (DOE) projects Good writing, presentation and communication skills Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams Proficient in Word and Excel Please note : Some roles may involve work on federal contracts that require employees to be citizens of the United States. For those specific positions, only applicants who can confirm their status as U.S. citizens will be considered.
