J&L Marketing, a distinguished digital marketing agency with Google Premier Status, is seeking a dynamic Digital Media Analyst to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities :

• Campaign Support and Execution : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. Provide backend support through data analysis, platform management, and performance monitoring.
• Strategic Thinking : Approach digital marketing as an integrated system. Contribute to internal strategy discussions by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations that support client goals.
• Internal Collaboration : Work closely with strategists, analysts, and leadership to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Translate client objectives into backend deliverables without direct client interaction.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis : Monitor campaign metrics and KPIs across platforms. Generate insights, compile internal reports, and assist in identifying opportunities for campaign improvements and long-term growth.
• Operational Excellence : Maintain accuracy and consistency in campaign builds, tracking implementations, and reporting dashboards. Ensure backend processes support seamless and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Data-Driven Recommendations : Use performance data and industry trends to propose backend optimizations that help account managers deliver strategic value to clients.
• Process Improvement : Identify and help implement improvements to backend workflows, tools, and documentation that enhance team efficiency and overall campaign performance.
