What You'll Do
Drive new business growth across white space and existing accountsBuild tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenueUnderstand customer goals and align with the org's value propositionApply MEDDPICC or similar frameworks to navigate complex sales cyclesCollaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, CSRs, marketing, product, and engineeringEngage executive stakeholders and close six-figure deals ($200K+)Travel up to 30% to advance strategic partnershipsWhat You'll Bring (Requirements)
7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experienceProven success exceeding $1M+ annual revenue targetsExperience selling to C-Suite, tech leaders, and talent executivesStrong business development and prospecting skillsMastery of MEDDPICC or value-based selling methodologiesExceptional communication and storytelling abilitiesEdTech experience is a plusWork Location & Travel Requirements
This is a remote roleIf located within 45 miles of Westlake / Dallas, TX offices should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.Travel expectations differ by role. Some sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 30%, depending on business needs.
