Currently, we are looking for partners / engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

Job Overview

The role of Desktop / Network / End User Support is based on call ticket-based projects on a casual basis. This position involves providing dispatch / adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in handling desktop / network issues
• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
• Install patches
• Software and Hardware Break Fix
• Well-versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
• Basics of Wifi
• Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch, and Router Configuration
• Install and administer MS Office
• Proficiency in Business English with the local language
