This leadership role requires a high level of acumen within SMB Sales and Support.

Managers earn an average annual salary of $65,000 to $85,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission with the opportunity to earn a monthly Retail Technology Manager bonus.

Training Requirements
All Retail Technology Managers must attend and complete a 2-week training program. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
