Appointment Setters Insurance Claims Intake
Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for an Appointment Setters who will be responsible for both inbound and outbound call activity. This role involves speaking with potential claimants responding to marketing campaigns, guiding them through a structured qualification script, and booking eligible individuals for consultations with licensed legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from leads generated through legal outreach campaigns (web, email, SMS).
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to re-engage unconverted leads or confirm scheduled appointments.
- Guide callers through a structured eligibility script and accurately capture responses.
- Schedule qualified claimants with the appropriate legal professionals using the designated platform.
- Record and update call outcomes, dispositions, and detailed notes in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with call-handling protocols, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., maintaining an Average Handle Time under 15 minutes).
- Escalate complex or non-routine calls in accordance with defined procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise :
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, appointment setting, or customer service role.Strong background in both inbound and outbound call handling (preferred).Familiarity with insurance, legal, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.About Virtual Staffing Solutions :
