Bowhead seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead Bowhead Manufacturing & Product's Quality Management System at our Plano, TX location. As the Manufacturing Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the manufacturing and warehouse staff. You will work closely with other management personnel to develop and initiate processes that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Essential functions will include :

• Responsibility includes all operations related to manufacturing
• Develop and track metrics to continuously monitor and improve the production process
• Coordinate production with material planning, shipping logistics, and program management
• Responsible for all manufacturing activities including master scheduling, production planning, receiving, assembly, test, inventory, and shipping
• Ensure timely internal response to operational issues impacting customer expectations and project cycle time performance
• Emphasize importance of and monitor compliance to appropriate safety policies and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean initiatives to reduce costs and support the attainment of established goals
• Other related duties as assigned
