As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead the team responsible for developing and optimizing production processes for our new plant producing cooling systems for data centers. You'll be at the forefront of designing workflows, selecting equipment, and scaling manufacturing operations from concept to full production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of production processes, line layouts, tooling, and work instructions during the plant start-up.
• Collaborate with design engineering and operations to ensure manufacturability and smooth new product introduction.
• Build and manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead capital projects for equipment selection, justification, and installation.
• Establish and monitor process controls and yield metrics.
• Support the ramp-up of new lines and continuous improvement initiatives post-launch.
