Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die europäischen Standorte der Matthews Engineering Division
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Geschäftsentwicklung und Marktexpansion
  • Integration und Weiterentwicklung der Standorte aus historischen Akquisitionen
  • Unterstützung bei der Neukundenakquise und Sicherung erfolgreicher Auftragsabschlüsse
  • Verantwortung für Produktion, Engineering, Supply Chain und Qualitätssicherung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung von interdisziplinären Teams
  • Finanz- und Budgetverantwortung (inkl. Forecasts, Jahresabschlüsse, Liquiditätssicherung)
  • Sicherstellung von Compliance mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben (GmbHG, Arbeits- und Steuerrecht, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards)
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Partnern, Behörden und dem Konzern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Management und regelmäßiges Reporting an den President Matthews Engineering (USA)

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbarer technischer Studiengang
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung (15+ Jahre) im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in einer Führungsposition mit P&L-Verantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen, Automatisierung und Lean-Management
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Strategieentwicklung und Geschäftsausbau
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Bereitschaft zu internationaler Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
