Key Responsibilities
Own resolution of high-severity incidents and lead root cause analysis
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in application or production support
Strong experience with ticketing systems and backlog management tools
Expertise in monitoring platforms for incident management
Experience leading root cause analysis for complex incidents
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
