Position Overview : We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solid commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customer's first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Interaction : Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.
• Appointment Scheduling : Schedule installation and service appointments, coordinating with customers and our field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Issue Resolution : Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
• Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services and gather feedback.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales, installation, and service teams, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Sales Support : Assist with inbound & outbound sales inquiries, providing information and transferring leads to the sales team as needed.
