Position Overview : We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solid commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customer's first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, address inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Appointment Scheduling : Schedule installation and service appointments, coordinating with customers and our field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Issue Resolution : Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services and gather feedback.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales, installation, and service teams, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Sales Support : Assist with inbound & outbound sales inquiries, providing information and transferring leads to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC and Solar or related industry.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.Problem-solving skills : Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications. Experience with scheduling software is a plus.Customer Focus : A genuine desire to help customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Team Player : Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.Compensation and Benefits :
