Margin Manager Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and manage margins across divisions, products, and customer segmentsPartner with Sales and Procurement to evaluate pricing and respond to commodity cost fluctuationsIdentify margin improvement opportunities and lead data-driven recommendationsDevelop dashboards and models to track sales trends, pricing performance, and gross profitSupport budgeting and forecasting through detailed sales and margin analysisCommunicate findings to senior leadership and drive decision-making across departmentsMargin Manager Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)3-5+ years in FP&A, pricing, or margin management within food distribution, CPG, or wholesale industriesAdvanced Excel and Power BI skills (DAX / SQL a plus)Strong analytical acumen and ability to turn data into actionable insightsConfident, assertive communicator - must be comfortable handling pushback and viewed as a pricing expertThrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and complex data#INOCT2025
