As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you'll drive global go-to-market strategies, identifying growth opportunities and market gaps. By leading competitive analysis, customer insights, and market segmentation, you'll shape winning offerings. Collaborating across teams, you'll collaborate product development, refine strategies, and execute impactful plans to fuel top and bottom-line growth.
What You Will Do
Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify key business trends and align strategies with dynamic market conditions.
Perform market segmentation and targeting analysis to drive new business models and product development.
Create a 5-year, insight-driven market strategy.
Develop new channels and optimize channel mix across regions, products, and segments.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, R&D, Marketing, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives and successfully bring offerings to market through key partners and routes.

Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
