Job Description
As a Security Officer - Tech Front Desk in Albuquerque, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.
As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will play a critical role in maintaining a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all employees and visitors. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing access control, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries, all while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
