Hourly Rate : $40-60 depending on experience

Real Earning Potential : Our top performers can make $120,000-$150,000+ annually with competitive commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Residential Service Plumbing : Repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Customer Consultation : Diagnose issues and present solutions professionally
• Quality Workmanship : Uphold Bluefrog's reputation for excellence
• Continuous Learning : Work closely with our senior plumber to expand your expertise
• Professional Representation : Be the face of Bluefrog in customers' homes

You'll work closely with our senior plumber, especially at first, and with our small but growing team. We use modern tools and technology iPads for estimates, good scheduling software, quality equipment.
