Key Responsibilities :

Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, document review, and case management.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.

• Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience within the litigation realm is preferred, but any type of legal background will be considered.

Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software.
