Ecommerce Project Manager

Location : Orange, CA (On Site)

Salary Range : $55,000–$65,000

Reports To : Director of Brand Creative

TrophySmack is a fast-growing ecommerce company built for passionate fans, delivering bragging rights in physical form. We’re scaling quickly - and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager, Ecommerce to help fuel our next stage of growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We want a detail-obsessed project manager who thrives in ecommerce and knows how to create outstanding customer experiences from that very first click.

You’ll be the linchpin that brings our product catalog to life—partnering with agencies, subject matter experts, and internal teams to keep projects on track and on time. Working closely with marketing, design, and supply chain, you’ll make sure every product listing looks incredible, sounds like TrophySmack, and sells like hell .

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage ecommerce projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and goals are met. This includes setting up product listings and building collections.
• Maintain and optimize our Shopify store—understanding themes, apps, and what can be customized without direct code changes.
• Monitor site functionality, manage updates, and ensure all changes are properly tested in sandbox / staging environments before deployment.
• Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to implement improvements.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Keep our digital asset library organized and up-to-date using Canto (no digital dumpster fires here)
• Work with our outside vendor on keyword research and SEO-focused copy to improve organic visibility and performance.
