Based in sunny Southern California, our Retail Support Center (RSC) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. The RSC is where strategy meets execution. From trend forecasting to tech innovation, our teams work together to bring the Tillys experience to life both in-store and online.

Position Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to support our Ecommerce Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include :

• Understand the mechanical and technical operations of the sorter devices.
• Troubleshoot problems and drive productivity improvements.
• Facilitate communication among associates to ensure a continuous flow of products to and from sorters and back stock areas.
• Develop solid training programs for a bilingual staff that drives improvement in accuracy and productivity.
• Develop and monitor productivity tracking methods and develop baseline goals for each area of accountability.
• Participate in planning and coordinating remodeling activities affecting their area of responsibility.

Perform usual management functions : coaching, counseling, promoting company practices / policies, fostering teamwork, preparing and presenting reports / results.

Compensation

Annual Range : $85,000 - $88,000. Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What to Expect

Schedule : Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons. Work Location : Irvine, CA minimum of 5 days per week in-office.
