Job Description :
The ideal candidate will bring experience from the construction or civil engineering fields and possess strong skills in :
- Reading and interpreting construction project plans and specifications to complete material takeoffs to generate material quotes.
- Increasing product approvals & acceptance of J.R. Hoe Products with Architects, Engineers, contractors, distributors within Louisville metro.
- Representing the company in outside sales situations, including job site visits, client meetings and industry events.
- Communicating effectively with contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Managing supply chain and logistics, including procurement of products and coordinating delivery schedules / routes.
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support related to product applications and availability.
- This role requires an outgoing personality , strong interpersonal skills , and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- This is a fully in-office role based in Louisville, KY.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree preferred, Associates Degree with relevant work experience considered2+ years of relevant industry experienceFamiliarity with construction projects, bidding processes, and infrastructure materialsExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory or logistics software is a plusWhat We Offer :
