Sales & Distribution Specialist (Louisville)

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will bring experience from the construction or civil engineering fields and possess strong skills in :

• Reading and interpreting construction project plans and specifications to complete material takeoffs to generate material quotes.
• Increasing product approvals & acceptance of J.R. Hoe Products with Architects, Engineers, contractors, distributors within Louisville metro.
• Representing the company in outside sales situations, including job site visits, client meetings and industry events.
• Communicating effectively with contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Managing supply chain and logistics, including procurement of products and coordinating delivery schedules / routes.
• Providing exceptional customer service and technical support related to product applications and availability.
• This role requires an outgoing personality , strong interpersonal skills , and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• This is a fully in-office role based in Louisville, KY.
