As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in leasing and marketing efforts across multiple properties within our portfolio. Your primary focus will be driving occupancy through strategic outreach, marketing initiatives, and leasing support at various locations.

Requirements : Responsibilities :

• Support leasing needs and ensure strong occupancy rates.
• Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with potential residents through outreach, networking, and community events.
• Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to attract prospects and enhance property visibility.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to convert leads into leases.
• Assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Partner with property teams to execute leasing promotions, resident events, and retention strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and local demand to provide insights for pricing strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with local businesses, realtors, and referral sources to drive traffic to properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and leasing procedures.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, activity reports, and follow-up documentation.
• Provide coverage for leasing staff at properties as needed.

Schedule : 8-hour shift, some weekends may be required.
